The PEG 350 AUTO with Integrated Scale is a high-performance automatic slicer from Berkel’s Suprema range, designed for precise portioning and consistent slicing in professional food preparation settings. Combining power, precision, and automation, it allows operators to slice by either weight or number of slices, ensuring uniform results every time.
Built with a 100Cr6 steel blade for lasting sharpness, the slicer includes five programmable modes that automatically adjust cutting speed and stroke based on the product’s density, size, or weight. Its self-lubricating carriage system delivers smooth motion, while the gear-driven transmission handles harder meats with ease. The IP67-rated stainless steel control panel and watertight electrical box provide full protection against moisture, supporting long-term reliability in busy environments.
Designed with hygiene and safety in mind, the PEG 350 AUTO features a single-cast aluminium body with rounded edges, Superglide® surface technology for effortless slicing, and removable components for thorough cleaning. The luminous control knob clearly indicates machine status, while integrated safety locks and a blade protection ring keep operation secure and controlled.
